NSCS Staff: Spotlight on Senta Sample

The NSCS Staff Member of the week for this week is Senta Sample! Senta is the Manager of Strategic Partnerships, and she helps to form new relationships with different corporate, graduate school, and non-profit organizations across the country.  She works very hard to make sure that NSCS members have a great network and can get the most benefits possible out of their membership. Senta lives in Orlando, Florida, and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (in my home town)!

What’s your favorite color?

Without a doubt…PURPLE all the way!

What’s the coolest place you’ve ever been?

Anchorage, Alaska

Where do you like to go to think and reflect?

1003B Celebration Ave (my apartment is truly my private getaway)

What’s your favorite food?

I absolutely love cereal! All types, you can eat it any time of day. Great midnight snack.

What’s your all-time favorite TV show?

Right now I am loving King of Queens, but I would have to say Martin

What’s your most prized possession?

My photo albums. Taking pictures is truly the only way to freeze a moment in time!

What game show would you like to be on?

The Price is right! I’m all about making money and bringing family/friends along for the ride.

Who would you most like to meet?

Oprah of course! She has such a beautiful spirit. Also one of my personal dreams is to be a talk show host!

What’s your favorite sound?

I like hearing the dishwasher and the washer/dryer running because I know something is getting done (laundry), I also like to hear dogs breathe (weird, I know).

Where would you most like to go that you’ve never been?

I would love to do a marathon in Italy
